betpm Terms & Conditions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions:

• "Platform" means the betpm website accessible at betpm.org, including all sub-pages, features, games, tools, and services available therein.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and meets all eligibility requirements set out in these Terms.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player using supported payment methods, available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to an Account by betpm, subject to individual promotion terms and wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a game, sporting event, or other betting market offered on the Platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that authorizes betpm's operations.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before real-money activity is permitted on an Account.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering policies and obligations to which betpm is subject under Philippine law.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling platforms is unlawful or restricted.

By accessing or using the betpm Platform in any capacity — whether as a registered Player or as an unregistered visitor — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with betpm's Privacy Policy and any additional product-specific rules that may apply to individual games or promotions.

These Terms form the entire agreement between you and betpm regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

betpm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, betpm will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least seven (7) calendar days before the revised Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on betpm, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict PAGCOR regulatory requirement applicable to all real-money casino and gaming activity in the Philippines. There are no exceptions.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is unlawful.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of betpm or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or platform technology partners.
• You are not subject to any existing self-exclusion arrangement — whether imposed voluntarily through betpm's self-exclusion tool or through PAGCOR's national exclusion registry.
• You have not previously had an Account closed by betpm for violations of these Terms.

betpm uses government-issued identification documents — including Philippine national IDs, passports, and driver's licenses — for age and identity verification. Digital copies of identification documents may be required to be uploaded through the Account verification portal.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) Account only on the betpm Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, IP addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all required fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change after registration.

betpm reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the accuracy of registration information at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified in the request may result in Account restriction or closure.

• Registration is free. betpm does not charge any fee for creating an Account.
• A valid and accessible email address is required. betpm uses this address for Account communications, bonus notifications, and security alerts.
• A valid Philippine mobile number is required for SMS verification and two-factor authentication where applicable.
• betpm may decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betpm Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. betpm will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

You agree to notify betpm's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account, any suspected compromise of your credentials, or any suspicious activity on your Account. betpm can be reached via live chat at betpm.org or by email at the contact address listed in the footer of this page.

• Do not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Do not use the same password for betpm that you use for other online services.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available for enhanced Account security.
• Always log out of your Account when using a shared or public device.

betpm accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable credential security, where you have willingly shared your credentials, or where access was gained via a device you own or control.

betpm supports a range of Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, Maya / PayMaya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and QR Ph. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100
• Deposits are generally credited to your Real Money Balance within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.
• betpm does not charge deposit fees on standard GCash and Maya transactions. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are outside betpm's control.
• Deposits are accepted only from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱100
• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya for fully verified Accounts are processed in approximately 10 minutes during normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PesoNet are processed within 1–3 banking business days.
• Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to AML compliance rules. betpm reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawal requests.
• Accounts must complete full KYC verification before any withdrawal request is processed.
• betpm reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals pending investigation if fraudulent, suspicious, or irregular activity is detected on an Account.

betpm offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible registered Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. The following general rules apply to all betpm bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount — or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion — must be wagered before a withdrawal request can be made. The applicable multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unwagered Bonus Balance and associated winnings remaining in an Account after the bonus expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• A Player may only claim each specific promotion once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• betpm reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a bonus has already been credited to a Player's Account, the Player will be given reasonable notice and any unused bonus balance will be removed.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other activity betpm determines to be bonus abuse — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent Account closure.

Specific rules governing individual games, sports betting markets, bingo, racing, and jackpot games are published within each product section of the Platform. The following general betting rules apply across all betpm products:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. betpm does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed wager except in cases of a verifiable technical error.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game, market, and event. These are displayed within the game or betting interface before a wager is placed.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game or betting event, betpm will apply the resolution procedure specified in the applicable product rules. Where no specific procedure applies, the Company's decision is final.
• betpm reserves the right to void any bet or series of bets that it reasonably believes were placed in error, placed using a third-party automated tool, or placed in a manner intended to exploit a system error or pricing mistake.
• Winnings from voided bets are not payable. The original stake amount for a voided bet will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
• betpm uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG systems are independently audited for fairness.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betpm Platform. Violations may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account per individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with Platform staff.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software vulnerabilities.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment instruments for deposits.
• Money laundering or using the Platform in any manner that violates Philippine AML law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing betpm staff or other Players via any Platform communication channel.
• Allowing another person to operate your Account on your behalf, or operating an Account on behalf of another person.

betpm monitors all Account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, the Company will take appropriate action including but not limited to permanent Account closure, withholding of funds pending investigation, and reporting to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement where required by law.

betpm is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players directly from their Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately upon setting. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set number of consecutive hours on the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications displaying how long you have been playing and your net session result.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your Account immediately for a period of your choosing — from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the betpm Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, service marks, graphics, photographs, text, game software, audio, video, and the overall site design — is the intellectual property of betpm or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine and international copyright law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activity in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any Platform content without prior written consent from betpm.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use betpm trademarks or branding in any manner without prior written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of betpm intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betpm's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or relating to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their betpm Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

betpm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or information.
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain Account security.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information published on the Platform that subsequently proves inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms limits betpm's liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

betpm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or suspicious activity on the Account.
• Request by the Account holder to self-exclude.
• A determination by betpm that continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory compliance risk.
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, betpm may withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms the breach, betpm may forfeit the balance in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. Where no breach is confirmed, any remaining balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account should contact betpm's support team via live chat. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

betpm collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

betpm collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• Processing of deposits and withdrawals in compliance with AML regulations.
• Customer support, account security, and fraud prevention.
• Compliance with PAGCOR regulatory obligations and applicable Philippine law.
• Sending promotional communications where you have provided consent to receive them.

betpm does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, game software providers, and regulatory authorities as necessary for Platform operations and legal compliance. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. betpm operates under authorization granted by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the betpm Platform, or your Account that cannot be resolved through betpm's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

betpm's internal dispute resolution process requires that Players first submit a formal complaint to betpm's support team in writing before initiating any external legal proceedings. betpm commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 3 business days and providing a final resolution response within 30 calendar days.
